### Laser cut plexiglass Case

After the handmade case, I decided to create a new case. This was done with Inkscape, and send to a professional laser cut service.
The drawing can be found here: PDF file
A picture of the pieces:
And of the assembled case:

The different pieces are glued together with regular acetone. To minimise cracks I put the pieces in a regular oven (see here, and here):
- Increasing the temperature with 15deg per 30 min upto 75 deg
- Left the pieces in the oven during 2h, at 75 deg
- Switched off the oven, and let it cool all night

Some pictures of a prototype case I made in plexiglass:

### Panelizing the 3 boards

I have combined all 3 boards into a single board (panalizing, reducing board costs) using this tutorial:

### 3 boards routed !

I managed to route all 3 boards ! Still some minor changes needed to the mainboard.
Special thanks to http://www.freerouting.net/ for doing the autorouting part. All routes where routed with this autorouter. Only a few routes where manually routed (especially around the FM receiver).
